Insight Global is seeking a Financial Analyst to join a prestigious law firm in Boston, MA. This firm generates $3 billion in revenue and caters to clients in key hubs of business, finance, technology, and government. The Financial Analyst will be joining the firm's FP&A team and will be responsible for overseeing continuous reporting and analysis, while consistently seeking efficiency and innovation. This position requires strong financial reporting experience and ability to connect with various internal and external stakeholders.
The day-to-day responsibilities may include:
* Manage recurring performance-oriented reports, including bi-weekly and month-end analysis and commentary in the firm's business intelligence system, MicroStrategy.
* Collaborate with various internal teams, including financial systems, client services, and other business support teams.
* Attend and on occasion run staff meetings across business support functions.
* Contribute to other areas of FP&A reporting and analysis on an ad-hoc basis or as back-up for colleagues using BI tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
This is a full-time position that is hybrid, in the office 3 days a week, in Boston, MA.
Compensation
$70,000 to $95,000 per year annual salary.
This role is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on performance.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, geographic location, education, and consideration of internal equity.

* 2-3 years of financial analysis and reporting experience
* Proficient in excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
* Exceptional communication and time management skills
* Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Management, Computer Science, or related majors
