A dynamic startup with founders based in Boston is seeking a fully remote Travel Booking Administrator to join their innovative team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the founder, playing a crucial role in bringing a visionary travel service to life. The company combines cutting-edge AI technology with personalized human input to revolutionize travel planning.

In this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in Excel. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of the booking process, ensuring that every detail is meticulously handled to create seamless and customized travel experiences for clients. The position offers flexibility, with a commitment of 15-25 hours per week, allowing you to integrate it into your schedule while contributing to an evolving and exciting project.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of experience scheduling / administrating / executing customer requirements
- 2+ years of excel (proficient)
- Extreme attention to detail
- Handling of personal data
- Team Player, able to provide idea's
- Proven examples of working independently with minimal oversight (reference required)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Travel Agent experience
- Booking experience
- Marketing experience / Bachelors or Masters in Marketing
- Social Media Proficiency
