A locally based health plan client is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their team! This person would be working onsite (5 days/week, Monday Friday) at a Boston based primary care location in the South End neighborhood. This person should have prior front desk or medical receptionist experience in the healthcare industry. They should feel comfortable greeting members/patients as they arrive, ensuring proper check in and triage. They will be expected to complete administrative functions related to paperwork, faxing, scheduling etc. Experience with basic prior authorization review is highly recommended for this role.
