Job Description

A digital solutions company is seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a full-time position that sits fully remote in the U.S. while working EST hours. The Paris based company sells their SaaS product to small and enterprise sized companies to give their employees important company information at their fingertips. This enablement and eLearning product allows companies to distribute important content, and training to employees and customers. The company was founded in 2009 and is backed by two major global finance and reinsurance organizations.

As the Marketing Manager, this individual will be the building out the marketing team at this organization. The Marketing Manager will report into the EVP of Strategy and play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic vision and operational excellence of the organizations marketing efforts. The main responsibility of this role is to drive marketing initiatives, focusing on educational publishing, career colleges, and corporate Learning & Development (L&D) sectors. The Marketing Managers day-to-day will include, content marketing development, email campaign management, marketing strategy execution, HubSpot Management, and collaboration with executive level leadership.

The Marketing Manager is expected to have at least 3 years of B2B marketing experience within a technology organization and a post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related field. The Marketing Manager must have experience utilizing CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and a demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing successful marketing strategies. Any experience in EdTech, educational publishing, or corporate Learning & Development (L&D) sectors is strongly preferred.


Compensation, Benefits, & Perks

Compensation: Up to $125k per year annual salary.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, geographic location, education, and consideration of internal equity.

Required Skills & Experience
