Job Description

One of our clients is looking for a Workday HCM Administrator to join their rapidly growing business solutions organization. This person will specialize and own the support of the compensation and talent modules within Workday. Daily responsibilities include handling the configuration within the workday modules, partner with business partners to gather requirements, gather new data from the business to complete new data loads, work with organizations to help them understand the full scope of capabilities within workday and lay out all configuration options to help the business achieve their goals specific to managing talent and compensation. This opportunity is a very exciting role for someone to join a team that will help build out new capabilities but also gain new knowledge in other workday modules. The workday implementation is on-going with an implementation partner so it would be very helpful to have someone that has experience working with a Workday partner that has done multiple implementations. We are looking for someone remotely but willing to travel to headquarter offices/conferences a 2-3 times a year.


Compensation:
$70/hr to $90/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

-4+ years of experience in Workday HCM analysis and configuration
-Extensive experience within Workday talent and compensation modules
-Workday Pro certifications
-Experience completing data loads within Workday
-Excellent communication
