Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a 4-to-6-week contract Marketing Inventory Coordinator to manage, organize, and create inventory processes for a variety material and products. Your responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with buying and warehouse teams, and providing detailed reports on inventory activities. Youll interact with internal team departments and sales team members to prepare for future trade shows/events.

Responsibilities:
Maintain and update inventory records: Keep track of inventory levels and ensure accuracy.
Implement inventory control procedures: Develop and follow best practices.
Coordinate with marketing and sales departments: Review and adjust inventory levels.
Provide detailed inventory reports: Keep management informed about inventory activities and variances

$22/hr to $26/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical,

Required Skills & Experience

1+ years of experience in an office setting Preference in Marketing/Operations
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience managing inventory, coordinating for events, or creating new internal management processes

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Marketing Background Experience with trade show planning
