Insight Global is seeking a skilled Intune support specialist for a one year contract role. As an Intune support specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets and requests for the Intune environment. Support will encompass assisting existing Intune users with their mobile access and helping to onboard mobile phones for new users, as well as experience on the backend to help push out software and set up policies. We are looking for someone who has true experience migrating someone from SCCM to Microsoft Intune! This will be 2-3 days a week onsite in Downtown Boston with remote flexibility (This can change week to week with more remote days depending on projects). Compensation Ranges from $30-35/hr based on years of experience

- 3+ years Experience of Microsoft Intune and mobile device management (MDM) concepts.
- Experience Supporting Intune Migrations (Specifically from SCCM to Intune)
- Experience on the backend of intune pushing out software and setting up policies
* Familiarity with Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Proficiency with Word, Excel, or PowerPoint applications.
* The ability to provide internal and external customers with a courteous and professional experience.
* SCCM to Intune Migration
