A large life sciences company based in Boston, MA is hiring a Project Management Specialist. The Project Management Specialist will provide administrative and facilitation support for business process mapping, project/portfolio management, purchase order administration, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include developing business solutions in Smartsheet and Power BI, and collaborating with various departments such as Quality, Regulatory, Tech Ops, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support process mapping for Commercial Manufacturing and Supply Chain.
- Manage purchase order-related administrative tasks.
- Develop solutions in Smartsheet and Power BI for stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Assist in onboarding new hires.
- Participate in project tasks and timelines under supervision.
**Qualifications:**
- Smartsheet Core Product and/or Project Management Certification.
- Experience with Power BI and BusinessOptix (preferred).
- Skilled in facilitating process mapping workshops.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation: $30/hr to $38/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
