A large biotechnology company is seeking an MES Automation Engineer to join their digital/IT organization on the Technical Development side. In this role, the engineer will work with Digital Lab and Digital manufacturing systems from an automation perspective. The MES Engineer will help with the buildout of the Norwood and Marlboro sites, helping to automate and control the manual equipment. He/she will define, author, and execute procedures for the proper installation, security configuration, maintenance, data integrity and support of service / system in appropriate lifecycle document deliverables. The candidate will help with design, development, and testing using recipe syncade. He/she will also implement change actions, change controls, and perform validation activities.
The Senior Automation Engineer will collaborate with peers across sites, departments and/or cross-functional teams to ensure completion of projects. This role will be a hands-on leader actively involved operational support and end user support.
