Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Executive Assistant for one of our commercial real estate investment banks in Boston, MA. This individual will be primarily responsible for a broad variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. This person will be responsible for providing administrative support to multiple senior-level executives as well as being able to work well with internal team members and outside clients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide administrative support to Managing Directors - booking high volume of travel, itineraries, and agendas as well as keeping their complex calendars of meetings.
Work closely with executives to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
Plan, coordinate, and ensure meetings are scheduled, rescheduled, and prioritized based on business needs.
Work in a fast-paced environment, make informed decisions, communicate effectively, and prioritize workload efficiently and with accuracy in high-pressure situations.
Provide back-up support to other Executive Assistants and collaborate with Business Operations teams across multiple offices.
Support the transaction process by managing this companys proprietary database, and assist with deal marketing process including but not limited to data management, timely distribution of marketing materials to clients, meeting coordination, and associated travel.
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks and office management.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in a corporate environment working with senior-level executives.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Expert-level written and verbal communication.
Tech-savvy and excellent computer skills. Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
Apple device required for remote connectivity.
