Job Description

One of our clients is looking for a O365 Adoption Specialist to provide services to the JISD department. They have created an M365 portal on an internal communication site that serves as a centralized repository for all resources pertaining to M365 tools, starting first with a focus on Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. The M365 portal also serves as a repository of published resources, tips and tricks, videos, training opportunities and more. The M365 Adoption Specialist would work with the portal managers in optimizing the use of the portal and other available Microsoft resources to support their work.



The Microsoft 365 Adoption Specialist will provide services to Trial Court Departments' Staff. End-user adoption may be on demand or pre-scheduled, one on one or group events. Training can be enhanced by scheduling courses from the Microsoft Customer Success Team Training Platform and/or subject matter experts, depending on specific needs.



This individual will develop easy to read information and documentation for using key M365 tools, focusing first on Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. The M365 User Success Specialist will also lead all staff communication about M365 to support staff across the department to optimize the use of the M365 products and services available through its GCC Microsoft license.

Required Skills & Experience

Job Description:

1. 2-5 years of experience in customer service or customer success position strongly preferred

2. Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships

3. Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 platform as a power user are required. In particular, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and SharePoint Online. Relevant certifications are preferred.

4. Accountability and personal organization are essential

5. Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to the organization's standards

6. Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products, and the ability to troubleshoot as needed

7. Proven record of excellent writing and communication skills demonstrated in an enterprise setting.

8. Prior experience of creating policy, governance, and standard operating procedures.

9. Prior experience of creating and editing video-based tutorials.

10. Prior experience of end user training to a wide range of users

11. A bachelor's degree in a related field
