A mid-sized law firm in the Boston, MA area is looking for a Business Development and Marketing Specialist to join their growing Business Development team. This individual will be responsible for assisting with the Firm's business development efforts, including preparation, submission and tracking of proposals and new business pitches, and working with the business development manager(s) on associate coaching and other BD efforts. These efforts will be directed towards the 6 divisions within the firm: real estate, business, corporate, taxation, litigation, private clients. This role is non-exempt and offers hybrid flexibility, option to work remotely 2 days a week.
