Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Benefits Manager to join a mid-size law firm based in Boston, MA. The Benefits Manager will be joining HR department and collaborate with various business support teams within the firm. This position will require the Benefits Manager to oversee the firm benefits, which includes health, vision, dental, short & long-term disability, leaves of absence, COBRA, and 401k.



Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

* Process benefits enrollments and maintain compliance of all firm benefits programs (annual audits, filings, reports, notices, etc.).

* Review and understand changes to state and federal benefits laws.

* Educate firm employees on benefits packages and maintain partnership with insurance plan representatives.

* Assist the Chief Human Resources Officer with evaluating firm benefits and initiatives, and provide updates to firm policy manual.

* Administer leaves of absence and create materials for open enrollment, onboarding, departures, and/or qualifying life events.



This is a full-time position and will be based in the Boston office 3 days a week, 2 days working remotely.

Required Skills & Experience

* At least 3 years of benefits experience within a law firm or professional services industry

* Experience coordinating complex leaves of absence

* Knowledge of employment and benefits laws

* Excellent verbal and communication skills, with strong client service focus

* Bachelor's Degree

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
