* Scheduling regular meetings and recording decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
* Creating and tracking workflows (submittals, work approvals, RFIs)
* Team communications -- Meetings, Commitments and Deadlines
* Tracking contractor production and employee count, sending out weekly reports
* Facilitate onboarding and orientation of vendors and contractors
* Coordinated multidiscipline, technical field issues with contractors
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, 2+ years of experience in similar role
* General commercial construction background is a MUST. Manufacturing construction is preferred.
* Semi, Battery, EV experience a plus
* Excellent computer skills and comprehension of Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
* Highly organized and able to prioritize with a bias for action
* Strong written & verbal communication skills -- Will be tasked with highly confidential and sensitive information
* Positive attitude
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and anticipate last minute changes with a team player mindset
* Attention to detail is mandatory
* Ability to pinpoint problems and find creative solutions
