· Provide day-to-day IT operations support to include maintenance,
troubleshooting, and supporting end-users.
· Support the development of system security documentation on both new and previously deployed capabilities.
· Help to maintain the integrity and security of IT systems by identifying risks and working with the appropriate stakeholders to implement a response.
· Providing corrective action plans, identification, and resolution of service outages in accordance with problem severity and priority.
· Maintaining full suite of collaboration audio/visual media equipment to ensure all meetings run properly.
· Work with IT manager to provide the necessary components to successfully operate the network topology and manage the equipment in a secure manner that abides by the Authority-To-Operate (ATO).
Providing MAC OS hardware and software support.
- 10+ years of IT support experience in network, desktop, and server hardware
- Security+ or equivalent
