Job Description
We are looking for a SEO and VOC Manager to support our optimization & insights team, marrying insights mined from customer comments and search terms to highlight trends and areas of opportunity to drive traffic growth, process change and technical website enhancements.
This role will manage SEO and VOC at a global level and provide day-to-day support and ad-hoc analysis for business partners in Marketplace Merchandising, Buying, Marketing, Experience Strategy, Analytics, Product Management, Customer Service, Retail + Technology.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Owns & manages SEO tool set: Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, SEMrush
· Owns & manages VOC Platform and Vendor: InMoment
· Owns SEO seasonality, quarterly trends reporting & analysis and collaborates on monthly/quarterly VOC reporting
· Work closely with VOC vendor and global/geo partners to develop reporting/dashboard needs, managing platform training and insight requests
· Drives requirements for site enhancements based on SEO and VOC insights
· Conducts Ah-hoc analysis to inform Global and Geo partners of performance data or emerging enhancement opportunities
Required Skills & Experience
· Passion for improving customer experience while working in a fast-paced digital environment is a must
· Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders on strategic direction based on recommendations backed by in-depth analysis
· Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in SEO with consistent track record of delivering incremental SEO visibility & successful performance
· Experience developing audience and market insights through keyword research, topic modeling and intent analysis
· Excellent communication and data presentation skills covering objectives, tactics, status, roadblocks, and results
· Experience writing detailed technical requirements to the product team for SEO enhancements and all site-impacting projects
· Proven vendor management experience
· Ability to effectively manage work across teams and geographies to get things done in a collaborative, fast paced environment
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills; demonstrated success in communicating ideas to various stakeholders
· Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple and often competing tasks, and meet deadlines for various and fluctuating deliverables.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
· Experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, SEMrush, ScreamingFrog, etc) and VOC platforms (InMoment, Qualtrics, Foresee, etc) is a plus
· Proficiency in excel and data analysis, with statistics experience a plus
