Insight Global is sourcing for an Application Support Analyst to join the Enterprise Infrastructure organization who supports the Equity, High Income & asset management groups at a large financial client. The team is responsible for setting up accounts, technology issues and responsible for incident management. The team works to assess and mitigate the business impact of production incidents. They are analyze and solve customer issues and tend to service requests.
You will be required to go onsite 2 days per week and have flexibility for on call support throughout the week and weekends when needed. This role is first shirt, and you must be comfortable working from 7am -7pm. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related subject area
- Outstanding interpersonal skills -- both written and verbal.
- Ticketing system experience, preferably ServiceNow
- Experience building or reviewing SQL queries
- Experience supporting databases, applications, and infrastructure in an AWS Cloud environment
- First shift from 7am - 7pm, on call rotation for after hours and weekends
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools like plunk, datadog or dynatrace
- Financial background experience
