Job Description

Insight Global is sourcing for a Business Analyst for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In this role, you will fall within the department of Health and Human Services and will be supporting the Medicaid and Medicare health application for the state of Massachusetts. You will be responsible for business and systems documentation, gap analysis, testing and implementation of projects and enhancements to meet the project objectives. The BA will also be overseeing delegated areas of responsibility and validating implemented code through self-testing in order to ensure that it meets the requirements of Federal and State laws. The BA should be well-versed in the SDLC and comfortable working in an IT environment. The team is looking for a candidate who has been versatile within their career and is always willing to learn more. Someone who is a problem-solver and possesses strong writing, communications, and documentation skills will be successful in this role. Required Skills & Experience

- Must reside in Massachusetts

- 7+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst

- Prior experience working with Medicaid Management Information System

- Exposure to Data Warehouse system Data Warehouse tools

- Strong documentation and data analysis experience

- Versatile background across the IT industry

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and use of Visio

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior experience working with TMSIS application tool
