Responsible for managing, maintain and support ADFS, Azure AD and PKI programs within the organization. Responsible for providing support as an AD Administrator to the organization. Provide support to other roles within the organization.
Plan and execute ITIL activities for incidents, problems, changes and enhancements Incident investigation, diagnosis, and incident resolution.
Creation and scheduling of Changes required for the execution of Infrastructure Tasks
- Assist in troubleshooting issues within defined SLAs for the AAD, AD DS and ADFS Infrastructure
This position is to participate as Azure Active Directory and MDM Intune Specialist to perform changes in Productive environments. The specialist needs first to coordinate testing. Those activities must be performed usually during nights or weekends, so this position will be working during the day preparing the changes and executing those changes during nights or weekends.
Shift Requirements:
-Working hours: 8 hours daily, depending on the manager's assignments. Usually, 9 am to 5 pm, depending on whether there is no activity to perform at night.
-Time zone: MX City and US East.
-Days expected to work: depending on the workload, testing, and changes needed to perform, usually Mon-Fri. This position shouldn't be working more than 40 hours a week.
- 3+ years of Active Directory and Azure AD administration
- Experience providing first line of support for Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Azure AD and ADFS.
- Experience maintaining PKI certificates for end users and devices
- Experience monitoring of all AAD/ADFS/AD DS environments
- Experience participating in SWAT and Incident related calls with application areas
- Utilize knowledge of Windows with basic scripting skills for platform support
- PKI, JAMF AND AUTOPILOT SKILLS ARE DESIRABLE.
- Availability to support non business hours
