Insight Global is sourcing for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. This individual would be joining the Massachusetts Medicaid Information System (MMIS) test team. The Analyst will assist in managing the testing activities for MMIS and supporting integrated services. As a Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst, the individual will design and develop test cases and execution through both manual and automated methods. This individual should be well-versed conducting requirements analyses, developing day-over-day test metric reporting, reviewing test cases and scenarios to ensure software compliance. As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, the individual will work closely with the test manager to oversee the day-to-day test execution, defect tracking/reporting results, and facilitate status report in daily status calls. The team is looking for an individual who has strong verbal, written, and presentation skills as well as someone who is highly analytical and confident in their abilities to independently analyze test results and make recommendations.
