A Fortune 500 healthcare client is looking to hire a Clinical Recruiter to join their Clinical Content Department within the Decision Support organization. The department needs to hire various clinical experts to do peer reviews on their Medical Researchers/Coders findings' and will be saved into their database for when such needs arise based on specialty.
This position assists with the day-to-day project management activities of clinician consultants (i.e., External Peer Reviewers(EPRs)) including recruitment and onboarding of EPRs, maintenance of the Clinical Consultant Database (CCDB), managing the review of consultant report cards and ensuring clinical hires have the proper credentialing.
Additional responsibilities include management of consultant processes and documentation.
This role is 16 hours a week and the first couple weeks are training so hours will be 9am-1pm EST and after that they can be flexible to other day time hours. The candidate must have experience hiring clinicians before and would be ideal if they have an active pipeline.
