Job Description

Our client is a Manufacturer of Medical Device components and is looking for Manufacturing Operators to join their Coating division in the Norwood, MA area. This is a 1st shift opening (6AM-3:30PM) and candidates will be responsible for setting up and monitoring custom equipment, managing process parameters to ensure they are producing the highest quality product and minimizing downtime. This role is extremely detail oriented and attention to detail is critical in this environment. We are seeking candidates who have experience working in a heavily regulated environment requiring strong attention to detail. Daily responsibilities of the role include:

* Able to read a process sheet. Complete in-process paperwork as required.

* Follow work instructions to set-up custom equipment. Operate equipment per procedure and monitor in-process parameters to manufacture product to meet final specifications.

* Execute work orders per planning schedule and customer prioritization.

* Identify process issues and communicate to the lead person. Participate in process analysis and executing engineering investigations to assist manager.

* Inspect in-process product and identify the difference between good and unacceptable coating.

* Maintain lot control for each job.

* Follow Quality system procedures and work instructions as required.

* Performs other related duties as assigned by management.



This is a direct hire role offering a 10% shift differential for 2nd shift. This is a privately helf company offering competitive benefits package including bonuses/profit sharing within a rapidly growing environment.

Required Skills & Experience

- Advanced level of Attention to Detail

- Experience working in a hightly detail oriented environment

- 1+ Years of Experience Running Automated Equipment

- Experience working in a regulated environment

- High School Diploma or GED

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Experience Running Automated Manufacturing Equipment

- Experience working within Medical Device or Contract Manufacturing Industry
