An employer is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in Boston, MA hybrid. He/she will join the Global Investment, Trading, and Compliance technology group of a large international asset management group. He/she should have a strong background of the Hedge Fund business. An early project this person will be responsible for is helping to bring in a new Treasury system. With this project, the Senior BA will communicate with the technical and business side along with the vendors to figure out system requirements, translate those requirements, and help with QA team with testing. This person should understand what's coming in and what information goes downstream. The Senior BA should be comfortable mentoring more junior business analysts on the team.
This role sits in Boston 2-3 days per week.
