Insight Global is looking for a UX Strategist to join one of the biggest American lifestyle brands that markets, distributes, and licenses footwear, apparel, and accessories. This person will develop insights, strategies and concepts that are grounded in research and data for user-facing experience on the company website. They will help contribute to the creation of net-new features and functionalities to the platform by translating qualitative & quantitative data sources into actionable areas of opportunity, informing project briefs and cross-functional discussions. On a day-to-day basis they will work closely with the UX Design & Product Team counterparts, to ensure that the initial project & experience strategy developed has carried through to production. This person needs to be proficient in user research, user centered design methods and a great problem solver.
* 8-10 years of experience creating user-centric designs for ecommerce products
* Exposure to UX working methodologies and experience leading collaboration sessions with various types of experts
* A portfolio of work showcasing how content, design & interface work together to create a great digital experience
* Hands on experience within UX design
