Insight Global is looking to hire a permanent Microbiology Supervisor for a large medical device client local to Boston. As a permanent employee you would be eligible for a sign-on bonus and an annual bonus! This facility is on track to double in size in the next year and operations will be moving to Braintree, MA in 2025.
The microbiology supervisor will be responsible for supervising all microbiology laboratory personnel and operations, including product testing, environmental monitoring of cleanrooms, cleanroom gowning qualifications, utility testing (WFI, pure steam, clean compressed air), lab supply purchasing, and laboratory projects. This role offers extensive upward mobility for those seeking a long-term opportunity at a stable and growing medical device company.
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related scientific field.
- 7+ years of microbiology managerial experience within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
