Job Description

An international law firm spanning across the US/Europe/Asia is looking for two Electronic Billing Administrative Assistants to join their billing team. This role is going to be for 2 months with chances of extensions. The firm is in the Top 50 largest law firms in the world; they focus on corporate, litigation, intellectual property, fund formation, public markets, employment, life sciences (#1 law firm for tech and life sciences IPOs), clean technology, real estate, financial services, retail, regulatory and energy practices. Administrative Tasks:

- Upload invoices

- Map Clients

- File notification emails (invoice status with paid, approved)

- Create new ebillling accounts for new CASs and Collectors for access

- Assist with repetitive work (project, data entry or system update)

- Submit ebilling vendor invoices to AP for processing via ChromeRiver

- Follow up on emails

o matter ids to be opened in ebilling portals

o timekeeper rate approvals

o OCG approval to accept billing guideline

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years in administrative role, electronic billing, accounts payable, data entry or similar field

- hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat

- Good communication skills (verbal & written) and professional demeanor

- strong attention to detail

- Available to work OT hours as needed

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- experience with billing, invoicing and data entry preferred

- ChromeRiver experience

- College Degree preferred
