A company based out of the Boston area is looking for a renewals consultant to join their team. This person will be responsible for working alongside the sales time and getting quotes sent out to current and new customers. They will be in charge of high volume quoting. Day to day their responsibilities will include:
- Support the Renewals team with exceeding monthly/quarterly financial targets
- Responsible for the quoting of Maintenance/Subscription Renewals for an assigned territory
- Supervise email requests, tasks, and questions received in a general mailbox and taking the correct action on them in a timely fashion
- Expected to become a Super User for renewal quoting processes
-Work with the Renewals Team to package and present quoting proposals to customers
- Comfort with quoting complex contracts for multiple products with usage and price increases
- Provide timely proposals and quotes in line with terms of customer and/or partner agreements
- Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant information using Salesforce.com
- Assist with forecasting renewal pricing and multi-year options
- Work collaboratively with internal resources such as Sales Operations, Finance, and Legal to process renewals per company guidelines
