Insight Global is looking for a Head of Fraud Investigations for a large Global Bank to join their Fraud Operations team. This position entails overseeing the internal and external fraud investigations of the bank. The internal fraud investigations team monitors all sales practices of internal employees while the external team includes monitoring the checking, cards, and loan fraud. This candidate needs to come from a strong background within Retail Bank Fraud Investigation and would prefer to have experience working within Risk Management. This candidate needs to have strong leadership skills that include being able to manage and monitor metrics for a 40+ person team. Knowledge of ID authentication/Validation and Intrusion Detection system technology is required for this role. This is a full-time opportunity that can sit remotely with a preference to sit in New England to commute to occasional team meetings.
- 8-10 years of Retail Bank Fraud Investigation Experience
- Strong leadership skills (managing 40+ team, engaging with senior executives/leadership, engaging with Law Enforcement when needed)
- Ability to manage and monitor key performance and risk indicator metrics
- Knowledge of working with ID authentication/Validation and Intrusion Detection Software
