Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Those duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned: Copy Room/Mail Services – • Distribute mail to 34th and 38th floor occupants (33rd floor is handled by an employee on the floor but will also move over to this person) • Order paper supplies/create work orders for technology issues • Ensure all copy/mail rooms are organized and well kept Security Services – • Add vendors and all guest to building access list • Allow access for deliveries to all floors (Staples, UPS, FedEx) • Escort vendors around floors (Iron Mountain, Ambius, Canteen, BOSS, Air Comfort, Landlord) • Arrange for employee access/building badge appointments • Provide access to offices when occupants are locked out (keys left at home/etc.) • Ensure all doors are secured daily including entrances and high access rooms (MDF/IDF) • Greet visitors/employees entering 33rd floor at reception Breakroom service – • Track and order coffee supplies • Stock coffee/breakroom supplies (cups/creamers/sugar/coffee/etc.) • Ensure breakrooms are in good order – place FSR’s if needed Conference room services – • Daily checks to ensure conference rooms are clean and in good order. Chairs pushed in, technology operational Office/cube management – • Order and install cube and office nameplates for moves and new employees • Clean out cubes/offices for moves and new or terminated employees • Pack and ship back items to terminated employees • Place work orders to clean and disinfect areas that have been vacated Facility Services – FC Support • Key Management support (assisting with offices/furniture log and issue • Janitorial/Building Walk Support • Employee Move Support • Act as the conduit for all work orders on all floors (onsite upper management requested this some time ago to avoid duplicate work orders and confusion) o Work order management with the building (adding work orders through their system as they will not accept Corrigo work orders) • Landlord contact assistance • REA Assistance – Regional Engagement Activities o quarterly events
