A large banking client is looking for two BAs to join their PMO group supporting their Commercial Lending line of business supporting Auto-loan projects. This role can be fully remote but preferred to be hybrid with two days onsite in their Boston MA/Dorchester office.
The team handles numerous projects throughout the year and these BAs will be handling around 2 projects at a given time surrounding the auto-lending and loan space. The BA will be largely responsible for requirements gathering directly from stakeholders and writing BRDs from scratch, as well for some projects doing roadmaps and user stories, process documentation, data mapping, test plans/scripts. They will then be responsible for defining the UAT test plan, building out and writing the UAT test cases, figuring out who needs to be a part of the testing, and ensure they are appropriately tested against the requirements. This is a very fast-paced environment, and we need folks that can juggle 2 projects at once and pivot to a new project when needed. The BA works with the project manager to complete and update other project documentation and deliverables and provides expert input and best practice guidance on areas of subject matter expertise.
- 6-9+ years experience as a Business Analyst in Commercial Lending
- experience gathering/writing BRDs, process documentation, test cases, data mapping
- exposure to UAT
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
