Job Description
A large banking client is looking for a BA to join their PMO group supporting their Commercial Business Banking line of business. This role is hybrid remote with two days onsite in their Boston MA/Dorchester office.
The team handles numerous projects throughout the year and these BAs will be handling around 2 projects at a given time. In the past the team has handled large scale projectssupporting AFS (Automated Financial Services), implementing a new servicing platform, process automation (RPA), realtime marketing messaging, and a data lake and analytics platform. The BA will be largely responsible for requirements gathering and writing BRDs from scratch, as well for some projects doing roadmaps and user stories. They will then be responsible for defining the UAT test plan, building out and writing the UAT test cases, figuring out who needs to be a part of the testing, and ensure they are appropriately tested against the requirements. This is a very fast-paced environment and we need folks that can juggle 2 projects at once and pivot to a new project when needed.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6-9+ years experience as a Business Analyst in banking (preferred Commercial or Business Banking) or insurance industries
- experience gathering/writing BRDs and process mapping
- experience in Waterfall environment and agile
- exposure to UAT
- ability to work in fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- JAD skills
- Commercial banking background: cash management (wires, ACHs, deposits, receivables, online banking), commercial loans (LoanIQ, AFS Vision, ABI asset finance, lending, loan origination, financing, etc)
- AFS experience
- auto lending, home lending, financing etc
- experience defining UAT test plan and writing test cases
-commerical banking, commercial lending (AFS vision), infolease upgrade/McCracken, cash management, payments, online banking, transaction banking (ACI, Fiserv, finastra, UOB)
- PMO background
- JIRA, Confluence etc
- project experience around :Banking call center, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Data Lake
