Job Description

A large retail & commercial bank is looking for a PM to join their enterprise PMO team supporting their auto-financing/lease projects within Consumer Lending. The role is preferred to be hybrid remote onsite to Dorchester MA twice a week but for the right candidate can be fully REMOTE. As a background, the bank has close to $90B in assets, 9K employees and more than 2M customers along the east coast. In addition to providing excellent banking experiences for their customers, the bank also very involved in the community through charitable giving and philanthropy to give back to low/moderate income and underserved communities.



The PM will be responsible for managing multiple projects at once ranging from various budgets close to $500K - they will mostly involve software projects for implementations/upgrades. The PM must have end to end project management background and be able to handle steer co meetings. It is essential for the PM to have excellent communication skills to interface with both the technical and business teams. The PM will be responsible for the project plan, budget, resource allocation, status updates, coordination of testing, etc.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years as an IT Project Manager within Banking

- background in Auto-Finance/Lending, Commerical Lending or Asset Based lending

- proven ability to track project progress, help with requirements, organize SIT testing and drive project forward

- excellent written and verbal communication

- hands on writing project plans, budgeting, managing timeline and deliverables and facing off to executive management

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Bilingual in Spanish

- experience with InfoLease, Data Scan or other similar auto-loan tool

- AFS Vision

- PMP
