Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Lead PDM Analyst to join a not-for-profit, integrated care system influencing innovative models of complex care nationwide. The Lead PDM Analyst will work within the Provider Data and Credentialing team, partnering with the technology partners, claims and other business partners to understand and identify areas in need of process improvements and automation. The analyst will assess and recommend improvements to operational process flows within the Provider Data Space including: reporting and metrics around provider onboarding and enrollment, provider data quality, provider directories and credentialing. This person will also partner with the IT analyst/product owner to help define requirements, develop user cases, review data models and mappings; perform user acceptance testing and provide approval on projects. Additionally, this person will assume responsibilities in producing financial metrics and KPIs and metrics for the managers and director of the provider team.
Required Skills & Experience
-5 years of working experience as a data, systems or reporting analyst
-Bachelors Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a comparable field
-Strong SQL experience; writing SQL codes and queries, developing user test cases, etc.
-Experience with the Microsoft Suite, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
-Skilled with writing advanced Excel formulas and functions, graphs, dashboards. (Pivot tables, V-look ups, etc.)
-Experience performing UAT for IT enhancements
-Experience performing root cause analysis on provider data issues
- Experience using Data Visualization tools like Tableau, Cognos
-Previous experience working in a healthcare or health insurance environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Provider Data Management experience
-Previous Medicare/Medicaid experience
-Healthcare payor and provider exposure (Provider systems, credentialing, claims processing, clinical delivery, member and provider management, etc.)
