Insight Global is looking for an IT Program Manager/Operations Manager on-site for our client. Strategy, communication, technical knowledge, and organizational skills are key to your success. This position requires the ability to interact with all levels of internal as well as external stakeholders including end-users up through executive leadership. This role is expected to be well organized, detail-oriented, work comfortably under pressure, deliver on tight deadlines, understand and demonstrate Cloud and On-Prem Technology and Infrastructure, have current and relevant IT technology experience, ability to implement process and change and understand and demonstrate the ability to cultivate strong relationships with our clients. You would be responsible for leading strategic initiatives, budgeting, and client relationships, as well as oversight and implementation of technical solutions. This position is responsible for establishing a structured and strategic approach to the services we offer that are in alignment with our customer's goals and business objectives. You will be required to work ON-SITE 5 DAYS A WEEK.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Security, Computer (Information) Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline.
7+ years experience in client relationship-type role including advising executives, IT management, and other stakeholders, as well as building positive relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor for solutions that meets the needs of clients.
5+ years technical experience using Microsoft-based solutions and products.
