Job Description

Our client is seeking a Telecom Deployment Project Manager to support a large-scale federal communications rollout involving approximately 50+ sites nationwide. This individual will be responsible for coordinating deployments from site readiness through installation, testing, customer acceptance, and project closeout.
The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple field deployments, coordinating vendors and customer stakeholders, conducting site surveys, supporting installation activities, and overseeing acceptance testing efforts. This is a highly customer-facing role that requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously, and a willingness to travel to deployment locations throughout the US.
This individual will work closely with engineering resources, local installation teams, and project stakeholders to keep deployments on track and ensure successful site activations. The role includes approximately 50% travel and will support sites located throughout the continental United States, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

$52hr to $64hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management, deployment management, implementation management, telecommunications, infrastructure projects, or related field operations
• Experience coordinating multiple sites, projects, or deployments simultaneously
• Experience working directly with customers, stakeholders, vendors, and field teams
• Experience supporting site surveys, facility assessments, or site readiness activities
• Experience supporting ATPs, commissioning, turnover, or customer acceptance activities
• Experience coordinating installation teams and deployment schedules
• Experience tracking project milestones, equipment, schedules, and action items
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to travel approximately 50%
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Telecommunications or wireless deployment experience
• Radio systems, infrastructure, or field technology deployment experience
• Experience working with geographically dispersed sites
• Experience supporting logistics, equipment tracking, or deployment scheduling
• Experience working with subcontractors or local installation vendors
• Previous experience supporting large-scale rollouts or implementation programs
