Job Description
The Quality Control Manager (QCM) will be responsible for implementing and managing the project's quality control program, ensuring compliance with USACE requirements, contract specifications, and applicable codes and standards. This individual will lead inspections, documentation, testing coordination, and quality-related communication with the client, subcontractors, and project team.

Required Skills & Experience
• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in construction quality control or a related role
• Experience supporting federal and/or USACE construction projects
• CQM-C (Construction Quality Management for Contractors) Certification or ability to obtain
• Experience managing quality control documentation, inspections, and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with RMS (Resident Management System) and federal construction documentation processes
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and coordination across multiple trades
• Ability to obtain First Aid certification if not currently held
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Previous experience on healthcare, medical repair, or renovation projects
• Experience with occupied facility renovations
• Experience supporting large federal construction projects and USACE quality programs
