Job Description / Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Partner with the Service Training Manager to develop and improve training resources.
• Create and maintain digital training materials, job aids, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Work with stakeholders across departments to identify training needs and develop learning solutions.
• Convert technical processes and system workflows into easy-to-follow documentation and training materials.
• Manage and update SharePoint learning portals and training resources.
• Utilize screenshots, graphics, and existing materials to create engaging learning content.
• Support curriculum development and onboarding initiatives for service teams across North America.
Ideal Candidate
Someone with a background in instructional design, technical writing, education, training, communications, or graphic design who enjoys creating learning materials and improving training resources, rather than delivering training sessions directly.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• SharePoint experience, including content management and site administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating documentation, job aids, work instructions, or SOPs.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Preferred Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
• Technical writing or instructional design experience.
• Experience developing curriculum, training materials, or onboarding resources.
• Graphic design experience creating engaging visual learning content.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Background in teaching, training coordination, or employee development.
