Insight Global is seeking a Software Engineer – Senior (DevOps) to support a large federal program within the intelligence and security space. This individual will play a key role in developing and maintaining data-driven dashboards and enterprise applications while ensuring compliance with strict government security standards. The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, focusing on automation, system modernization, and workflow optimization using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in secure enterprise environments and thrives in mission-critical, high-impact settings. Pay rate for this role is $57.79.

Required Skills & Experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Ability and willingness to obtain a CI Polygraph
• Cognos BAI expertise (primary skill)
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft A365
• Strong knowledge of eMASS, RMF, and STIG compliance
• Experience supporting enterprise-level, mission-critical systems
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE)
• Proficiency in at least one: .NET, SQL, JavaScript, Python, HTML
Experience with system design, integration, development, and testing
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Microsoft / Azure certifications
• Experience with SharePoint administration and workflows
• Familiarity with automation and modernization initiatives
Strong documentation and communication experience in regulated environment
