Job Description

Hands-on technician role supporting assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of complex instruments. Works closely with engineering to keep production running efficiently.

• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot instruments
• Own process for assigned line (safety, quality, delivery, cost)
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and integrated systems
• Support engineering with testing, validation, and improvements
• Handle quality notifications, deviations, and rework
• Train operators on processes and troubleshooting
• Drive continuous improvement and process updates
• Maintain work instructions and documentation
• Perform root cause analysis and basic DOE work
• Follow GMP and safety standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read drawings and schematics
• Experience with tools (oscilloscope, torque tools, gauges)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Regulated environment experience
• Lean / CI exposure
• Experience with process improvements or quality investigations
• Robotics or automation exposure
