Job Description
An employer is looking for TSSCI Data Visualization Engineer to sit at Fort Meade. This role focuses on ingesting and transforming data from multiple enterprise sources (e.g., SharePoint, ITSM systems, command systems) into actionable dashboards and Common Operational Pictures (COPs) that support real-time decision-making across Combatant Commands. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of data integration, dashboard development, and mission understanding, with the ability to translate complex operational requirements into technical solutions.
Compensation:
$80/hr to $88/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
Active TS/SCI Clearance
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 12-15 years of relevant professional experience, OR a Master’s degree with 10-13 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience ingesting, transforming, and integrating data from multiple enterprise systems
Strong hands-on experience building dashboards / Common Operational Pictures (COPs) from complex datasets
Experience working with enterprise platforms such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, or similar data/workflow tools
Ability to translate operational needs into technical/data visualization solutions
Experience working within Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams (developers, data engineers, stakeholders)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Palantir Foundry, Maven Smart Systems, or similar data integration/dashboarding platforms
Experience with advanced analytics/dashboard tools (Kibana, Splunk, Tableau, etc.)
Relevant certifications (IAT Level II, Agile/SAFe, ITIL, or data analytics/dashboard certification
