Job Description
Insight Global is looking for Water Spiders/Material Handlers to support warehouse and production operations for a manufacturing facility in Sparrows Point, MD. This individual will be responsible for delivering replenished stock and materials to production lanes, transporting picked orders and inventory throughout the facility, and ensuring assembly lines remain fully stocked with necessary components. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with picking and production teams to prevent material shortages, operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely, and monitoring inventory levels within lane stock areas. The ideal candidate will help maintain overall warehouse flow and organization while supporting production efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Additional responsibilities include assisting with general warehouse duties as needed to support daily operations.
Compensation:
$20/hr to $22/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of warehouse or material handling experience
Experience replenishing stock or supplying production/assembly lines
Forklift driving experience
Punctual, dependable, and safety-focused
Ability to work on your feet and move throughout the warehouse consistently
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Previous "water spider" or line replenishment experience
Manufacturing or industrial warehouse experience
RF scanner or inventory tracking system knowledge
Experience supporting lean manufacturing environments
