Job Description

Insight Global is partnering with a defense manufacturing company in the Baltimore, MD area to hire a FPGA Verifications Lead. This individual will be helping to lead a team responsible for the software and firmware enhancements on space radar systems. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:
Develop and execute test plans, including testbench development and validation strategy
Perform RTL debugging and support verification cycles
Participate in design and code reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using FPGA development tools/IDEs
Provide leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and provide task assignments

$60/hr to $90/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors in STEM with 12 ears of experience performing FPGA verification using VUnit
Coding in HDLs such as SystemVerilog, VHDL, Verilog
Ability to develop test plans, participate and guide test reviews, and RTL debugging
Experience with FPGA, ASIC, digital subsystems, or digital board development
Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers and provide task assignments
