Job Description
The AI Solutions Manager is a hands-on ‘builder’ role focused on developing and operationalizing AI-powered solutions. This is not a traditional people management role but rather an individual contributor responsible for implementation and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and implement LLM-powered workflows using tools such as Copilot and Claude
- Develop no-code/low-code automation solutions using Power Automate, Zapier, and Make
- Perform prompt engineering and optimize AI outputs
- Integrate systems using APIs
- Partner with business and IT teams to translate needs into AI-driven solutions
- Act as a bridge between operations and IT (consultative role)
Team Structure & Environment:
- Part of a newly forming AI transformation team
- Will report into operations, not IT
- No direct reports (focus is on process + execution, not people management)
- Works alongside a separate IT team responsible for core technical builds

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions
- Deep familiarity with LLM tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude)
- Experience with automation platforms (Power Automate, Zapier, Make)
- Strong prompt engineering skills
- Ability to operationalize AI in a business setting
- Background in AI/ML or technical roles preferred, but must be business-facing
- Innovative and adaptable mindset (client is open to candidates outside healthcare/pharmacy)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Healthcare or HIPAA familiarity
