Job Description
Seeking a senior-level Product Manager / Technical Lead to support development and delivery of advanced cyber capabilities. This individual will operate at the intersection of engineering, product strategy, and program execution, helping drive development of mission-focused tools and capabilities.
This is a hybrid technical + PM role—ideal for someone who has a strong development background (C/C++ or Python preferred) but has transitioned into product ownership, program leadership, or release management.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management & Strategy
Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned to mission objectives
Translate operational needs into functional & non-functional requirements
Develop user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
Program & Resource Management
Manage resources across engineering, testing, and architecture teams
Coordinate development timelines, priorities, and deliverables
Ensure alignment across stakeholders, teams, and mission needs
Technical Oversight
Provide guidance to software development teams (C/C++, Python environments)
Review technical approaches and ensure feasibility of delivery
Bridge communication between engineering teams and leadership
Release & Delivery Management
Plan and manage product releases end-to-end
Coordinate with development, test, and evaluation teams
Track delivery timelines and mitigate risks
Stakeholder Engagement
Interface with government stakeholders, mission owners, and internal teams
Communicate progress, risks, and delivery updates
Ensure solutions meet mission requirements and timelines

Required Skills & Experience
TS/SCI CI Poly
Bachelors Degree
15+ years of experience in software development, cyber operations, or related field
Background in CNO, cyber operations, or mission-driven development environments
Prior hands-on development experience in: C / C++ and Python
Experience working in Linux/Unix environments
Understanding of software development lifecycle in secure environments
Experience supporting or leading Agile / SAFe / sprint-based teams
