Job Description

The Sr. Project manager will be reporting to an office in Bethesda and do 50% office work and spend 50% of time on job sites throughout the DMV. You will be the Sr. leader assigned to projects, so you will help different project managers make schedule/budget adjustments as needed, deal with difficult subcontractors, and be the main POC reporting updates to the client and higher-ups internally. You will also be asked to utilize your network/contacts to assist with business development, helping win future jobs in commercial interior renovations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience in construction project management with a general contractor
- ability to win business/ bid work

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Bachelors Degree
-PMP or other certifications
