Job Description
Clean, set up, operate, and monitor production line equipment
Complete required documentation, quality checks, and review packaging (weights, seals, caps)
Ensure correct materials are used and collect samples for QA testing
Make adjustments to fillers and monitor label operations to prevent downtime
Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate equipment issues
Perform line changeovers, cleaning, and prepare equipment for the next run (including size changes)
Maintain clear communication with teams and report any production or safety issues
Accurately document all required information in accordance with SOPs
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes
Follow all GMP, food safety, quality, sanitation, and safety regulations
Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all health and safety standards
Perform additional duties as assigned
Operate and monitor production line equipment, ensuring proper setup, material usage, and product quality through routine checks on weights, seals, caps, and packaging. Complete all required documentation and quality inspections while collecting samples for QA testing. Make equipment adjustments as needed, troubleshoot basic to moderate issues, and prevent downtime by monitoring labeling and line performance. Perform safe and efficient changeovers, cleaning, and preparation for the next run, including size adjustments. Communicate effectively with teams to address production concerns, support continuous improvement efforts, and ensure all processes follow SOPs, GMP standards, and food safety regulations while maintaining a safe work environment.

Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

Manufacturing environment (any type of food or beverage plant)
No construction
High school Diploma or equivalent
Certification and/or License
