Job Description

We are seeking a DevOps / Full-Stack Engineer to support and expand a growing automation and analytics ecosystem within the AGC (M365-US-AGC) environment. This role will directly contribute to efforts such as workflow automation, validation testing platforms, and incident analytics pipelines.

The ideal candidate will operate across data engineering, automation workflows, and application development, with a focus on incident lifecycle intelligence, SLA tracking, and operational tooling built on the Microsoft stack.

This is a junior-to-mid level role with significant opportunity to build depth in:

- Azure Data Explorer (KQL) analytics
- Power Platform automation (Power Apps / Power Automate)
- Teams-integrated workflows (Adaptive Cards, Shifts integration)
- Cloud-native DevOps practices in Azure

This role is not a generic DevOps position. It is a hybrid engineering role focused on:
- Incident intelligence
- Automation at scale
- Microsoft-native tooling
- Data-driven operational improvement

The engineer will directly influence how AGC manages:
- SLA performance
- Incident response efficiency
- Validation testing coverage
- Cross-team coordination

Required Skills & Experience

- Build queries to analyze incident lifecycle data
- Aggregate and transform telemetry
- Support SLA metrics, latency calculations, and concurrency analysis
- Experience with engineering principles such as:
- Requirements gathering and translation into technical solutions
- Verification & Validation (V&V) testing
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation

- Ability to debug issues across:
--- APIs
--- Automation workflows
--- Data pipelines
--- Operational Tooling & Collaboration

-Work with customers (both internal and external) to gather user needs/stories, and translate them into actionable requirements
- Collaborate across distributed teams and stakeholders
- Translate operational pain points into scalable automation solutions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Power Platform Development
- Experience building or supporting Power Platform solutions (preferred, but not required):
- Power Apps (canvas or model-driven)
- Power Automate (cloud flows, expressions, connectors)

- Build and maintain:
--- Power Automate flows (including complex expressions and JSON payloads)
--- Power Apps for operational workflows (test assignment, tracking, dashboards)
--- Cloud & DevOps
--- Support deployment and maintenance of Azure-based services

Contribute to:
- CI/CD pipelines (where applicable)
- Automation reliability and observability

Troubleshoot issues across:
- APIs
- Authentication (OAuth, connectors)
- Data integration pipelines
