A mid-size legal client of Insight Global is seeking a Legal Secretary for their Workers’ Compensation Practice Group. The role includes interacting with clients and courts, managing incoming communications, maintaining client files, scheduling appointments, and managing attorney calendars. Responsibilities also include filing pleadings, drafting correspondence, assisting with discovery, coordinating depositions, preparing expense reports, and supporting a fast-paced, high-volume practice.

Required Skills & Experience
High school diploma required
2+ years of workers’ compensation experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant, preferably within private, defense-side litigation
Knowledge of e-filing systems across multiple jurisdictions (DC/MD/VA) required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, ProLaw, Excel, and e-document management software preferred.
Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills with ability to work as a team member in a high-volume fast paced work environment.
