Owns global pricing strategy for a ~$1.9B Healthcare/MedTech portfolio, driving price realization, margin expansion, and EBIT improvement. Partners closely with enterprise Finance and cross‑functional teams in a highly regulated, global environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12+ years in Pricing Strategy, Commercial Strategy, or Finance
- Healthcare / MedTech / Diagnostics experience
- Global pricing ownership (enterprise‑level, not regional)
- Strong pricing governance and profitability/P&L expertise
- Proven impact on price realization, margin, and EBIT
- Executive‑level communication; comfortable reporting into VP Finance
- Experience in regulated, matrixed organizations
- Tools: ERP/SAP and Power BI experience
- Must pass background check
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Salesforce or CPQ/pricing tools
- Experience leading global pricing transformations
- Support of complex, high‑value strategic deals
