Job Description

An employer is seeking a Maintenance Planner to sit in Baltimore, MD.

Receive maintenance requests/work orders from:
Refinery operations
Maintenance technicians
Supervisory staff
Convert work orders into actionable maintenance plans
Plan and schedule maintenance work using:
SAP (required)
Prometheus (planning & scheduling tool)
Coordinate manpower, materials, and timelines
Support planned outages and major maintenance events

Required Skills & Experience

Maintenance planning experience strongly preferred
CMMS experience required (SAP strongly preferred)
Understanding of refinery / industrial maintenance workflows
Strong organizational and communication skills
